Receipts will be provided with your registration package on April 15th at the Symposium.<\/p>\n<p>If dropping off payment, please make cheques payable to General Surgery Conference.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Cancellation &amp; Refund Policy<\/strong><br \/>\nCancellation <strong>must be received in writing<\/strong> to Linda Brockmann (linda.brockmann@albertahealthservices.ca) or by return Email to the confirmation Email by April 9, 2026 and will be subject to a $20 processing fee.
