Registration Details

Advanced registration (including payment) is required as there will be no general admission at the door. Please complete registration online by visiting our website:

Registration Deadline April 9, 2026.

Registration will close once 320 registrants reached.

Registration Fee
Early Bird Registration is $165 until March 23, 2026.
Regular Registration is $190 per person from March 23 – April 9, 2026.
Student Registration is $90 with a valid student ID.

You will receive an email as registration confirmation. Receipts will be provided with your registration package on April 15th at the Symposium.

If dropping off payment, please make cheques payable to General Surgery Conference.

Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellation must be received in writing to Linda Brockmann (linda.brockmann@albertahealthservices.ca) or by return Email to the confirmation Email by April 9, 2026 and will be subject to a $20 processing fee. No refunds will be issued after April 9, 2026.

Additional Information
Continental breakfast, lunch, and refreshments are included in the registration fee.

Please note any dietary restrictions at time of registration; last minute changes cannot be accommodated.

Public parking is available at West Edmonton Mall.

It is recommended participants dress in layers to accommodate temperatures changes.
